It is Mixed Media Monday. Today‘s featured piece is Green Butterfly.
It came into being after I randomly unearthed a sole wood laser cut butterfly piece at my local craft store. My immediate thought was to create a bead mosaic within its wings so it had to come home with me. This piece consists of a 5.5” square wood tray, acrylic inks, paper, glass beads, resin elements, and the wood butterfly then sealed with an acrylic overlay.
